CONCLUSIONS
When adopted by pathogen detection utilizing PCR and affirmation by amplicon hybridization, detection limits of 10(3) and 10(1) CFU per 11-g pattern had been achieved for L. monocytogenes and serovar. Enteritidis, respectively, in each product varieties and with out prior cultural enrichment.
